• How to return an item

1. You can notify by email to sales@storkgifts.co.uk, by phone 0845 6443877 or by fax 01590 679691 before the goods have been dispatched.
2. Where goods have been dispatched you may return them for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The goods must be accompanied by the original delivery note. Please note the cost of returning goods shall be borne by you.

The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances:

• In the event that the product has been used.
• To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.

Refunds

• Refund process

All refunds will be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. In the event payment was by cheque the refund will also take the form of a cheque. Please allow up to 7 business days for card payments to appear or for a cheque to arrive although I will always endeavour to make the refund process as quick as possible.

• Refunded value

When you return an entire order the value refunded will be the price of the item/s at the time of purchase and any delivery charges up to our standard service value. Please note the additional charge for courier and priority shipping cannot be refunded. If you return part of an order only the items returned will be refunded at the price paid at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring the goods reach us in good condition.

The same rules as stated above apply to items received as gifts. Please note that any refund will only be applied to the card used to purchase the item, if preferred a credit note can be issued instead to be used only on the storkgifts.co.uk website.

• How to return an item

1. Please ensure all original packaging is sent back along with the gift, a refund may not be possible if an item is not returned as it was sold.
2. Make sure you include the original invoice/delivery note. If you cannot provide this please send a note containing your name, address, phone number and order number.
