Cancellation and returns policy
If you wish to cancel your order you can do so in one of two ways:
- You can notify by email to sales@storkgifts.co.uk, by phone 01590678295 BEFORE goods have been dispatched.
- Where goods have been dispatched you may return them for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note the cost of returning goods shall be borne by you.
The following conditions must be met:
- The goods must be accompanied by the original delivery note, or by a note stating your order number, name and contact telephone number.
- The goods must be dispatched back within the returns period allowed in our terms and conditions.
- The goods must be returned in the condition with which they were dispatched, you are responsible for ensuring they are securely packaged for transit and for any damage or loss caused during transit. We STRONLY suggest you post goods back with proof of postage and adequate insurance.
- You MUST contact us before returning your goods to explain why they are being returned.
Failure to return goods following the above procedure will result in a delay to your refund being processed.
The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances:
- In the event that the product has been used.
- To any products that we have made, ordered or customised specifically for you.
- Goods are returned outside of the 14 days examination period. Any goods dispatched back after this time will NOT be refunded under any condition but a discretionary credit note may be offered.
Refunds will be applied only to the credit or debit card that was used to purchase the item ONLY.
Refunds
All refunds will be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.
When you return an entire order the value refunded
will be the price of the item/s at the time of purchase
and any delivery charges up to our standard service
value. Please note the additional charge for courier
and priority shipping cannot be refunded. If you return
part of an order only the items returned will be refunded
at the price paid at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring the goods reach us in good condition.
The same rules as stated above apply to items received as gifts. Please note that any refund will only be applied to the card used to purchase the item, if preferred a credit note can be issued instead to be used only on the storkgifts.co.uk website.
