As well as bringing together some of the most exquisite toys, gifts & baby clothing from around the world Stork Gifts was formed around the dying concept of customer service. Time and time again our customers tell us how frustrated they are becoming as big chain shops & many smaller independant stores seemed to forgo the personal touch in exchange for streamlining. It was our own frustrations as customers that led to the idea of putting the therapy back into retail. We believe that shopping should be fun not about trying to part you from your money in the fastest way possible. We feel that customer service is more important than "conversion rates", that reliability is more important than "optimisation" and that honesty is more important than "shopping trends". With this in mind we've set a few ground rules.

1. We want you to buy what you want. It sounds like a simple enough objective but these days shops are organised more and more for the impulse buy. Nothing is more deflating than getting home to realise you're bargain purchase is destined to be nothing more than new clutter.
   
2. The littlest things matter. Simple idea? Maybe, but with companies ploughing every penny into the right lighting, huge advertising campaigns and even the right style of shopping baskets there's nothing left for you. At Stork Gifts we believe it's all about you so quick delivery, complimentary gift wrapping, special orders and personalised letters are all standard on every purchase no matter how small or large and are completely free. Don't be fooled by the "free gift service" that many sites offer hiding the cost in their prices, at Stork Gifts we promise there will never be hidden costs.
   
3. If we wouldn't buy it we won't sell it. Our catalogue of products is specially picked to ensure as much as possible your satisfaction. We don't go for the newest trends simply because they will sell more albeit to the detriment of our financial statements. Again at Stork Gifts we believe that you can be successful while caring about your customers so we cherry pick only the best not just in terms of quality of the products but also the quality of the brand. Any company or toy not matching these criteria will never make it to our shop.
