Payment Options
You can pay by any of the following methods subject to any relevant terms and conditions as outlined in this guide. I have tried to put forward as much information as possible to reassure you but I appreciate there are many people who are not convinced as to the overall security of shopping on the internet. If you have any questions or concerns regarding any of the payment methods or security of this site please contact me by any of the methods on the contact page.

Credit or Debit Card Transactions
Online payments
All credit and debit payments are processed by either WorldPay or PayPal. You will be presented with a choice during the checkout process. Regardless of which payment provider you choose you will be taken to a separate secure page belonging to either WorldPay or PayPal. No card details are received or held by Stork Gifts at any time during this method.
You will not be charged any fee for using these payment providers, the amount charged to your card will be exactly the same as the amount due to Stork Gifts as seen during the checkout process.

Telephone payments
If you still do not feel happy supplying your card details over the internet you can pay over the phone using all the aforementioned cards. Your details will be processed using WorldPay's WorldAccess. NO card details are retained by Stork Gifts in any form once the payment has been processed. In most cases the details will be entered as you give them over the phone and in instances where details are written down they will be kept in a secure location until they are processed and then destroyed by a secure shredder.
To place an order over the phone simply complete the checkout process as normal choosing "pay by phone" from the payment options. If you wish for me to phone you to complete the order please state this when you provide your checkout details. If you wish to call to complete the order yourself please call 0845 6443877 between the hours of 9.30am and 5.30pm.
Any orders not completed within 3 working days will be assumed unwanted and cancelled.
PayPal
When you choose PayPal as a payment method during checkout you will be taken from the Stork Gifts website to a secure page on the PayPal website. You will then have the choice of two methods of paying for your purchase:
- You can pay by credit or debit card. This method is completely free and does not require you to sign up, please visit the PayPal site for more information regarding their security and privacy policies.
- You can pay by funds deposited in a PayPal account. This is also completely free and may be favourable if you are still unsure about making card payments over the Internet. Please note this method of payment will require you to complete a short signup process with PayPal and is in no way connected to either Stork Gifts or myself. Cheque or Money Order
You may pay for your order by Cheque or Postal Order; simply choose "pay by cheque" from the payment methods during your checkout process. Make out all personal cheques or money orders to the value of your total order including any shipping costs and make it payable to Stork Gifts. Send it along with your name, email address and order number (or a printed copy of your order) to:

All payments must be in Pounds Sterling and drawn on a UK bank ONLY. Any payments received not complying with this will be returned and the order cancelled.
Goods will be sent the same day as evidence of clearance is received, please allow 7-10 working days for receipt and clearance in addition to the normal delivery time. You can check the status of your order during this time by visiting our order status page.
If a cheque is not received within 14 days of an order being placed please note the order will be cancelled. I will try to contact you by email before this time to see if there is anything I can do to help.
Cash
Due to the unsecured nature of sending cash sums through the post I do not currently accept this as a method of payment. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience it may cause but please feel free to use any other method of payment as stated above.
