How long does delivery take?

All parcels dispatched by DHL or Yodel are tracked by staff door to door and we will endeavour to update you should there be any problems or delays to your order. You must provide full and current contact details with your order to enable us to provide you with the best possible service.

IMPORTANT.... We are unable to leave parcels that have not been signed for as we retain full legal liability until you recieve your goods. Please ensure you arrange for delivery to a suitable location and that someone is available to sign.

Personalised, Embroidered & Engraved Items

Please ensure all details are correct on your order if you are having any personalisation as we will not be able to alter them later and there are no refunds for customer errors.

Delivery on embroidery normally takes 2-5 working days, delivery on engraved items normally takes around 1 week (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Once an order has been sent for personalisation no refund will be given. Personalised items are exclueded from our returns policy in accordence with the distance selling regulations.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

We can gift wrap any order for you for a small £1 charge, if you would like this service please select the option for each item in your cart and use the additional information box during checkout to put your gift message and the colour of gift wrap (blue, red, green, yellow or pink) you would like and choose the gift wrap option for each item you would like wrapped. We use high quality acid free tissue and matching bow to wrap your gift and finish it off with a gift tag with your message.

Additionally optional extra gift bags can be added to your order during checkout at a cost of £1.50, if more than one bag is required to pack your order they will be provided at no extra charge. Please note that it is not possible to use gift bags with any play mats or larger orders, if it is not possible to use a gift back we will let you know and refund any costs.

My country isn't listed, can I order?

We do accept International orders to certain countries, please contact us before ordering for a correct shipping charge as you may be charged the incorrect total otherwise. Postage for International deliveries is charged at cost and must be calculated, at this time it is not possible to do this on the website.

I'm Having Problems Ordering.

We have a friendly team of staff who are always eager to help. Please call a member of staff on 01590 678295 Monday-Saturday, 9am-5pm and we will do our best to assist you. Alternatively you can email us via the contact page, however due to the high level of emails we receive this is a slower responce.

How can I find out the status of my order?

You can find out the status of your order by going to www.storkgifts.co.uk/orderstatus.php. You will need the email address you used during the checkout process and the order number that we sent to you in an email.

We recommend calling us directly on 01590 678295 for a more accurate up to date report on your order. If you feel your order has been delayed please call as soon as possible to enable us to track it for you quickly.

My order hasn't arrived what can I do?

Make sure you have allowed a reasonable duration for your order to arrive. Although most orders are sent next day or first class delivery this is not a guaranteed service and items can take up to 5 working days to arrive within the UK and longer for international orders. Unfortunately this is as frustrating for us as it is for you but is out of our control (please feel free to voice your annoyance to your delivery agent!). Where an order has taken longer than 5 working days please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
