How much are your UK postage charges?
We offer two standard methods of shipping. We cannot guarantee delivery times.
- Standard Delivery - 1-3 working day dispatch (Mon-Fri*).
2-3 working days for delivery (Mon-Fri*).

- Order value [£80+] charge = FREE
- Priority Delivery - Same day dispatch for orders
placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri*).
1 working day for delivery (Mon-Fri*)
- Order value [£0.01-£9.99] charge = £6.95
- Order value [£10.00-£79.99] charge = £6.95
- Order value [£80+] charge = £6.95

- Delivery is free on all orders over £80

How long does delivery take?
We normally dispatch orders within 1-3 working days
with the exception of priority which are dispatched
the same day if placed before 1pm GMT or the next full
working day thereafter. Most orders will be dispatchec
by ParcelForce or Royal Mail First Class Recorded post.
We only guarantee our dispatch times and cannot guarantee
our couriers service. Priority deliveries should be
received 24 hours after dispatch and standard deliveries
48 hours after dispatch Monday to Friday only. If you
require a Saturday delivery please contact us for a
quote.
How long do engraved items take?
We recommend
allowing up to 3 weeks to receive your order. Please
contact us if the order is urgent. Any engraved order where the correct number of characters have not been purchased will be cancelled.
How are orders packaged?
All orders will be well packaged to ensure their safe
arrival. We can gift wrap any order for you for a small
£1 charge, if you would like this service please
use the additional information box during checkout to
put your gift message and the colour of gift wrap (blue,
pink or white) you would like and choose the gift wrap
option for each item you would like wrapped. We use
high quality acid free tissue and matching bow to wrap
your gift and finish it off with a gift tag with your
message.
Additionally optional extra gift bags can be added
to your order during checkout at a cost of £1.50, if
more than one bag is required to pack your order they
will be provided at no extra charge. Please note that
it is not possible to use gift bags with any play mats
or larger orders, if it is not possible to use a gift
back we will let you know and refund any costs.
How are orders delivered?
Orders are dispatched by either Parcel Force or Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded all of which require a signature upoon delivery. Please
make sure you are availble to take delivery of your order
as redeliveries may incurr extra charge.
Do you accept international orders?
We do accept International orders to certain countries, please contact us before ordering for a correct shipping charge as you may be charged the incorrect total otherwise. Postage for International deliveries is charged at cost and must be calculated, at this time it is not possible to do this on the website.
Can I have an order delivered to
an address different to my payment information?
Yes you can enter a separate delivery address during
the checkout process. It is only possible to enter one
delivery address per order at this time. If you are using an alternative address please provide a landline number with your order.
What if an order is undelivered?
From time to time an order may be returned to us for
one of the following reasons:
Delivery attempt failed and not collected
Incorrect address
Recipient refused delivery
If this happens I will attempt to contact you and check
the information given before reattempting delivery.
If a second failure occurs a full refund will be given
less the delivery charge incurred. Please make sure
all packages will be received and that delivery information
is correct. Please make sure you are available to take delivery as there may be an extra charge for reattempting delivery.
Problems with the deliviery agent.
Although we cannot take responsibility for any delays to your delivery caused by our delivery agents we will do what we can to assist you. If you experience any problems with your delivery please inform us and we will work with you to resolve the problem. If you feel that the service you have received from them warrents a complaint please let us know and we will issue a complaint on your behalf.
How can I find out the status of
my order?
You can find out the status of your order by going to
www.storkgifts.co.uk/orderstatus.php. You will need
the email address you used during the checkout process
and the order number that we sent to you in an email.
If you have lost these details please contact me by
phone for further information.
My order hasn't arrived what can
I do?
Make sure you've checked the status of your order to make
sure it has been sent and that you have allowed a reasonable
duration for it to arrive. Although most orders are sent
recorded delivery this is not a guaranteed service and
can take up to 5 working days to arrive, this is unfortunately
out of our control. Where an order has taken longer than
5 working days please contact us and we will work with
you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. This
does not apply to international orders, please contact
me if you feel your order has been delayed and I will
try to trace it for you.
