These terms and conditions apply to all gift certificates sold by or redeemed at Stork Gifts with no exception. In the event of any queries please contact me before purchasing.
Certificates can only be exchanged by the holder up to
the value of the certificate issued.
If the value of the goods exceeds the value of the certificate
the balance must be paid in full during checkout.
Stork Gifts is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates
but in this event the original will be cancelled and a new
one issued to the remaining value, any value stolen will
not be refunded.
Stork Gifts will have the right to request alternative
forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate
is redeemed through the Stork Gifts website.
In the event a Gift Certificate code is non-functional,
your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement
of such Gift Certificate.
